1.All photos taken by Lupu Liliana-Lăcrămioara (PFA) are protected by copyright. Original files (RAW) are not delivered. Edited images remain the intellectual property of the photographer, and the client receives personal usage rights only after full payment.
Photos from sessions can only be published by the photographer or client with written mutual consent (contract). Without written agreement, commercial distribution is prohibited.
The client is responsible for informing event participants that photography will take place. If no explicit refusal is communicated directly to the photographer, it is assumed that all participants consent to appearing in photos. If someone does not wish to appear, they must clearly express this during the event.
Delivery times vary by package:
Late delivery penalty:4.If final delivery exceeds the agreed term, a 0.5%/day penalty applies from the first working day after the deadline.
The client is responsible for downloading and saving their gallery. The photographer keeps a backup for 3 months after delivery. After this, availability is not guaranteed.
Lupu Liliana-Lăcrămioara PFA is not liable for service failure due to unforeseeable circumstances beyond control (medical issues, extreme weather, government restrictions, etc.), restricted venue access, or inappropriate participant behavior (verbal/physical aggression).
